Olivia Attwood seen out running errands for the first time since mystery operation

She sparked concern on Friday when she posted pictures from a hospital bed after undergoing a mystery operation.

But on Monday it seemed things were back to normal for Olivia Attwood, when she was spotted out running errands in Cheshire. 

The 2017 Love Island star, 29, showed off her endless legs in black leggings. 

Olivia completed her athletic look with a figure-hugging black sports hoody. 

She marched along the road in a pair of black Adidas trainers, while she carried her essentials in a smart grey handbag. 

Adding just a hint of edginess to her sartorial ensemble, the reality star donned a black and white New York Yankees cap over her tresses. 

With her errands complete, Olivia hopped into a waiting black Range Rover before heading off home.       

The TOWIE star sparked concern last week, after sharing footage of herself on her Instagram Stories in a medical gown.   

Despite her dramatic appearance, Olivia failed to explain why she was going under the knife. 

The blonde beauty instead reassured her followers that she was fine and would reveal all in her upcoming reality TV show Olivia Meets Her Match which airs later this month. 

Saying ‘everything went well’ in her caption, Olivia said: ‘Guys, I’m okay. Don’t panic. I thought I discussed this on my Stories the other day, you guys clearly don’t listen to me. 

‘I just had a little procedure – well, not little, medium sized – that I’ve been putting off for a while.

‘That’s been done, I’m okay, I’m out of surgery now. I’m not going to talk about it yet because I’ve had my crew with me today.

‘So you’ll see what’s happened and what I chose to do. I’ll discuss it in more detail then when it all comes out because there’s no point talking about it twice.  

‘Just know that I’m okay and thank you for all the love,’ she added, reassuring fans that there was nothing to worry about.

The TV star also posted a picture of her gown and yellow hospital socks before snapping a picture of herself in a lift as she left the hospital, captioning it: ‘That’s enough hospital for one day.’

Her hospital trip comes after Olivia told of her ‘nightmare’ experience where she was forced to cancel her dream wedding to fiancé Bradley Dack.

She has had to completely change her plans after coronavirus disrupted her decision to get married in an idyllic ceremony abroad.

Olivia also spoke about how she was worried that her footballer beau ‘wasn’t interested’ in planning their special day together. 

Speaking to the Sun about her day, Olivia said: ‘It’s all been a bit of a nightmare with Covid, I had my heart set on a wedding abroad but we have scrapped that because I can’t travel to do venue reckies.’

The media personality revealed that she was unable to quarantine upon their return due to filming, while her other half has football commitments with his team Blackburn Rovers. 

Olivia admitted she has concerns that the UK venues she is currently looking at will get booked up soon due to the overspill from wedding cancellations this year. 

Bradley popped the question during a romantic Dubai getaway last October and Liv revealed she had been getting stuck into plans before the Covid-19 outbreak.  

Olivia is taking a break from TOWIE and is currently filming her joint reality show with Brad, Olivia Meets Her Match, which will focus on a house move to Cheshire and their wedding plans.
