Joe Montana spotted with his infant granddaughter for the first time since her attempted kidnapping during a beach day in Malibu with the family

Last Saturday, Joe Montana made headlines for rescuing his nine-month-old granddaughter from an attempted kidnapper at his Malibu home. 

But the NFL Hall of Famer was seen relaxing on the Southern California beach with his family, including his nine-month-old granddaughter on Thursday.

The family seemed to be working on putting the incident behind them as they soaked up the sun and took dips in the ocean, following the arraignment of the alleged kidnapper.

The 64-year-old former quarterback, sat in beach chairs and seemed to be getting some color. 

Meanwhile, his wife Jennifer chatted near the water with their daughter and the young girl near their feet. 

Earlier in the week, the alleged kidnapper Sodsai Predpring Dalzell was arraigned in LA County court for attempted kidnapping of a child under 14-years-old and burglary. 

Her bail was set at $200k and she is next expected in court on October 20.
