Alisha Aitken-Radburn admits to getting Botox and fillers before going on Bachelor in Paradise 

Back in July, Alisha Aitken-Radburn admitted that she had undergone non-surgical tweaks before her return to Bachelor in Paradise earlier this year.   

And on Thursday, the 27-year-old revealed exactly what she had done ahead of her appearance on the Channel 10 dating show. 

In an Instagram Q&A, the reality star explained that she got Botox in her forehead and filler in her lips. 

‘I read an article recently that was like, “I’m not like other girls because I don’t have Botox or filler,” Alisha began.  

Pointing at her forehead she added: ‘Before I went to Bachelor in Paradise, I got some Botox here and I got like half a mil in my lips.’

The blonde beauty defended her choice to get work done saying: ‘If it makes me feel better and feel more presentable, what is it to anybody else?’ 

When the latest season of the show was airing, speculation was rife that Alisha had undergone cosmetic procedures as she displayed a noticeably smoother and shinier forehead than her first appearance on Season Two of BIP. 

Alisha was seemingly unable to move the upper portion of her face during the season, which suggested she may have had Botox injections before her TV stint.

Of course, facial creases and expression lines can be blurred on camera with special filters, so it’s possible fans simply missed out on seeing her forehead in motion.

However, she told The Sydney Morning Herald at the time that she had gotten ‘a little bit of help.’ 

‘After you’ve done three seasons you get used to seeing yourself on the big screen and get an idea of what you want to tweak,’ she said.  

Alisha found love with her BIP co-star Glenn Smith and the couple recently celebrated their six-month anniversary.
