Bassist Emma Sheppard and her boyfriend Liam transform a shabby 1970s caravan into a pretty pink retreat
She’s the talented bass player for Australian indie pop band Sheppard.
But Emma Sheppard has proven herself to be quite the handywoman after transforming a shabby caravan into a pretty pink, retro chic retreat.
The 26-year-old and her boyfriend Liam first purchased the 1979 Franklin caravan in May and began working on renovating it.

Over the past few months, she has shared photos of the project and the progress it’s transformation.
The biggest and most obvious change is the motor home’s facade which has gone from teal to a bright peachy pink.
Inside, the pink colour palette continues on their walls and cabinets. It’s also been decorated with matching artwork and cutlery.

Retro chic: For the bedroom, they kept the look simple and minimal with only white sheets and beige curtains, with a rattan pendant light above

Aside from her impressive renovation work, Emma is also part of the Brisbane-based indie pop band Sheppard, alongside her siblings Amy and George.
They are best known for their hit songs Geronimo and Coming Home.
