Pregnant Ashley James shows off her baby bump in pink sports bra and leggings

She’s been keeping fans updated with every stage of her pregnancy.

And Ashley James got candid about her changing figure as she shared a radiant baby bump snap on Friday.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 33, posed in a pink sports bra and purple gym leggings as she embraced her ‘love handles’ and pointed out how she only ever sees ‘perfect round bellies online’. 

Next to the makeup-free snap the blonde beauty penned: ‘What do you MEAN our bumps don’t look perfectly round and tight when we’re sat down?

‘I’m halfway through pregnancy now, and one of the things that shocked me was the fact as still have love handles and rolls when we sit down. 

‘It’s not that I mind, but I’ve only ever seen this perfectly toned, round bellies online and in print before. Does / did anyone else find that a weird realisation?’

She added that she is also having weekly sessions with a happiness coach and a personal trainer to prepare for the arrival of her son.   

Her honest post comes after she shared the realities of bump-shaming on Instagram earlier this week.

The star – who is half way through her pregnancy – is having a baby boy with her boyfriend of nine-months Tom Andrews.

However she admitted that she’s been left worried about ‘people commenting on the size of her bump’.  

She reflected: ‘I’ve been pretty chilled throughout my pregnancy, but one thing that has bothered me and caused me to worry is people commenting on the size of my bump. 

‘My bump looks completely different depending on the time of day, or the position my body is in, and people have commented on how small my bump is pretty much from the moment I announced I was pregnant. 

‘I started comparing my bump to others and worrying my baby wasn’t growing properly, so much so I asked my midwife to check everything was ok.’

Ashley went on to explain that she has found support during the shaming by using social network Peanut to connect with other women across fertility and motherhood.
