A bride got far more than she bargained for after asking Facebook users for help photoshopping a curtain in the background of her wedding photo.

Mel Rees, from Sydney, took to a community group to ask photo-savvy locals to adjust a lopsided curtain in the background of her cake-cutting snap.

‘Can anyone straighten up the Curtain at the back for me? It’s making me sad! Thank you,’ she wrote.

But instead of helpful advice, the newlywed was inundated with hilarious edits of her photo.

He went one step further and replaced the couple’s guests with the heads of Kim Jung Un, Scott Morrison, Vladimir Putin and Kim Kardashian.

Another Facebook user simply removed the newlyweds from the photo altogether.
