It was a cameo appearance that surely no-one saw coming.
Brigitte Nielsen was pictured cycling through the exterior set of Bradley Cooper’s new movie in Los Angeles on Sunday, as he continued work on an untitled film project directed by Paul Thomas Anderson.
Danish star Brigitte, 57, – best known for her role as Red Sonja opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger – appeared to be oblivious to what was going on around her, as she pedaled past with her dog, who was sitting happily in a bike trailer.

The project is said to be a coming-of-age story set in LA’s San Fernando Valley in the 1970s.
Plot details are scarce but the story centers around a high school student who is also a successful child actor.
To date, Bradley, 45, is the only known name attached to the drama, meaning Brigitte could have been a welcome addition to the mix.

Brigitte started her film career in the 1980s starring alongside her then-husband Sylvester Stallone in both Rocky IV and Cobra.
She went on to appear in hits such as Beverly Hills Cop II and The Double 0 Kid.
Meanwhile, in 2018, she reprised her role of Ludmilla Drago from Rocky IV in Creed II, starring Sylvester, 75, and Michael B. Jordan.

The action star was married Sylvester from 1985 to 1987, though the pair have since reconnected.
She was famously reunited with Sylvester’s mother Jackie Stallone, 98, on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK in 2005.
Brigitte is now married to husband Mattia Dessi, and the couple share two-year-old daughter Frida.
