Bachelor star Nadine Kodsi takes aim at Matty ‘J’ Johnson

Former Bachelor star Nadine Kodsi has taken aim at Matty ‘J’ Johnson after he defended Locky Gilbert for receiving instructions from producers via an earpiece during filming.

After Nadine called Locky a ‘production puppet’ for wearing the device, former Bachelor Matty refuted the claims saying it was used for directorial purposes.

However, Nadine has shot back claiming that producers use the earpiece to control Locky in scenes – calling Maty’s rebuttal an ‘absolute lie’.

Take that: After Nadine called Locky a 'production puppet' for wearing the device, former Bachelor Matty (pictured) refuted the claims saying it was used for directorial purposes.

Bachelor star Nadine Kodsi, 30, (L) took aim at Matthew ‘Matty J’ Johnson, 32, (R) after he defended Locky Gilbert amid her shocking claims he was a ‘producer’s puppet’ on the series

‘Matty J claiming that production does not get involved is an absolute lie. But of course, who are we listening to here, someone who has done and set the whole thing up,’ she wrote on Instagram.

Nadine reiterated her claims that production does get involved.

‘Producers do get involved and we are the ones who should be believed as we live it,’ she said.

Nadine then recalled a story of how producers took her and co-star Juliette Herrera into a bathroom for half an hour and made them cry and want to leave.

She added producers made her do her red carpet entrance twice as well.

‘Do they show how they made me do the entire walk in again? He is saying they didn’t but they did. And yes it’s awkward but that’s the way the show is run, it’s all staged.’

She then took aim at Matty J for speaking about something when he was not there to witness it for himself.

‘Don’t speak about something you were not there to witness yourself just to get some press because you have been forgotten.’

Last week, Matty explained that the point of the ear piece is for the director to communicate to the Bachelor in case of a production issue with the camera or sound crew.

‘They (producers) try to never talk to you unless it’s critical because they don’t want to have any impeding effect on it being free flowing,’ he said.

The former Bachelor continued: ‘Production would have never stepped in like that, it’s not going to make the edit so it’s not they’re not going to make you redo it again because it makes it more awkward. Production never step in.’

Matty also hit out the other rumours that Locky and Bella had met in Bali before the series and made a ‘secret pact’ to make it to the end, and that all the contestants wanted to quit because they didn’t like Locky.

The reality TV star-turned-podcaster claimed it was not true, adding that those rumours come around ‘every single year’.

Addressing Nadine, he said: ‘I get that it’s disappointing when you leave so early on, but I do think it’s a shame that she’s got such a vendetta against Locky and she really wants to drag him down. I think it’s really unfair.’

Earlier this month, Nadine called Locky a ‘production puppet’ after he was seen with the earpiece on the So Dramatic podcast.
