‘I am thrilled to be joining the dynamic, bold and diverse women on the award-winning talk show The Real,’ the actress said.

Adding: ‘My love for pop culture and news, blended with my natural gift of gab, has always made me gravitate towards a talk show environment.’

Beauvais’ latest gig comes after she joined RHOBH for season 10, which premiered earlier this year.

‘It’s also exciting that it’s happening right after my amazing time joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,’ she said of the new opportunity.

The most recent sixth season of The Real was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic forcing shows to virtual with at-home filming.

‘We are so thrilled to have Garcelle joining our “virtual” Girl Chat Table,’ executive producer Rachel Miskowiec said.

Bold: The show describes itself as being led by 'bold, diverse, and outspoken hosts' who 'unapologetically say what women are actually thinking' (Mowry, Mai, Seales, Love and Houghton in 2019)

Adding: ‘Her extensive career in front of and behind the camera, and her willingness to share her life and her points of view on important topics with us make her the perfect addition. We can’t wait for Season 7 to begin.’

The addition of Beauvais comes just a month after Mowry-Housley announced her exit from the show after seven years back in July.

‘She’d had enough, she felt like the time was right to move on,’ a source told Daily Mail, adding that it was her decision to quit the Fox talk-show.

Her exit followed co-host Seales, who left the show in June, citing lack of Black voices ‘at the top’ despite it been championed as one of the most diverse daytime talk shows, which features all women of color as its hosts.

Fox Television Stations renewed the series for the seventh and eighth seasons with Warner Bros. Television Distribution in November, meaning the show will continue into the 2021–2022 television season without Mowrey at the table.
