He bamboozled fans last week after uploading a video to Instagram while massaging a horse with his feet.

And disgraced celebrity chef Pete Evans has raised eyebrows yet again after posting a photo of himself toiling in the garden of his farm in northern New South Wales.

On Monday, the 47-year-old proudly shared a close-up snap of himself holding a newly-picked strawberry, and wrote: ‘First organic strawberry of the season from our garden… picked this morning.’

Did you notice it? Pete Evans raised eyebrows on Monday by sharing this photo of his broken, dirty fingernails while picking strawberries at his farm in northern New South Wales

However, the fruit’s natural splendour was overshadowed by Pete’s broken, dirty fingernails.

While it’s likely Pete wouldn’t have been allowed to have unkempt nails on My Kitchen Rules, leaving the show means he’s been able to fully embrace his beloved palaeolithic lifestyle, including caveman-inspired grooming habits.

In a series of videos posted to Instagram, Pete is seen lying on his back on the grass in front of the animal, while using his feet to rub one of his horse’s front legs.

‘Pretty stoked your dad’s home, Molly?’ asks Pete’s wife of four years, Nicky Watson. ‘Everyone deserves a personal masseuse.’

The horse then wanders over to Nicky, leaving Pete flat on his back, with his legs up in the air.
