Louise Thompson shows off her washboard abs in a pink floral bikini

She has jetted back to the UK after enjoying sun-soaked getaways to both Rome, Italy, and Mykonos, Greece, in recent weeks.

And Louise Thompson was reminiscing on her recent holidays on Wednesday, as she shared a series of throwback snaps to her Instagram page.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 30, flaunted her ripped physique in a pretty pink floral bikini top, which was teamed with clashing leopard print bottoms. 

Louise’s scanty two-piece showcased her washboard abs as she posed up a storm against a rocky backdrop, while accessorising with a selection of gold chain necklaces.

The fitness brand owner wore her blonde locks in a loose straight style, while highlighting her pretty features with a full pallet of make-up.

She simply captioned the snaps with a surf board emoji. 

On Tuesday, the TV star declared she felt ‘fricking amazing’ as she hosted her first live workout this month. 

Louise said on her Stories: ‘Just going to host my first live workout which feels like months but has probably been two weeks. 

‘I’m feeling a bit tired so I’ve just popped a mint in my mouth and I’m going to jump in the shower.

‘I’m back where I belong, I feel fricking amazing! I have a really busy day ahead of me today. Instead of getting overwhelmed, I’m going to write a schedule. This is an affirmation to myself to tell myself that I’m lucky to have work coming in.’ 

London native Louise was encouraged to embark on a healthier lifestyle when she first started dating Ryan in 2016, and has since adopted her own love for fitness.

In April, the blonde beauty left fans in awe as she unveiled the results of a three-month challenge.
