Ahead of the game: Self-professed ‘snob ‘Laura Calleri (pictured) said that her time attending Perth’s prestigious private school Penrhos College helped prepared her for the drama, bi**hiness and cattiness in the Bachelor Mansion

Speaking to The West Australian, she said: ‘I definitely think going to Penrhos is great preparation for going into a house with 23 chicks.’

‘It’s an all-girls private school, there’s so much b***hing and carrying on at Penrhos, it definitely happens, so it’s good prep.’

While the marketing coordinator prides herself on being a straight shooter, she was surprised by the amount of hate she has received since the show’s premiere.

‘I thought that people would just pretty much love me for me, and my sassiness, but turns out not everyone likes that and that’s fine, that’s their opinion,’ she added.

The reality star copped backlash from viewers after she asked Locky, 31, if he’d court her with luxury goods in the first episode.

After stepping out of the car, she introduced herself and asked him: ‘When we’re together, how much will you spend on my birthday present?’
