Perrie Edwards’s trainer Danielle Peazer shares her fitness tips

‘She was really motivated’: Perrie Edwards’ PT Danielle Peazer reveals how she made her finally feel confident with two workouts a day

Perrie Edwards’ personal trainer Danielle Peazer has shared how she helped the singer feel her best yet with two workouts a day ahead of her Ibiza getaway earlier this month.

In a candid post uploaded to Instagram last week, the Little Mix star, 27, revealed the 32-year-old dancer’s DPM60 workout plan made her body confident as she didn’t ‘pick herself apart’ in ‘post-holiday pictures’ for the first time.

The fitness guru confessed that even though the musician ‘moaned’ at the start of the last-minute two-week programme, she quickly became ‘really motivated and positive’ about achieving her goals.

Danielle told new! magazine: ‘We focused on full body work. We did quite a lot of abs and lower body work – she said she enjoys that the most. So I had her doing a plank for two minutes, which is a very long time for anyone.’

Liam Payne’s former girlfriend said the Break Up Song hitmaker even took it upon herself to exercise twice a day with her guide – a 60-day plan with more than 100 workouts.

The influencer added: ‘She also did workouts when I wasn’t there, which I was really impressed with. Some days she was doing extra in the evening, just because she was enjoying the workouts I was giving her.

‘The first day I had a few moans, but by the end of the two weeks, Perrie was like, “Yeah sure, let’s do it, let’s go. She seemed really motivated and positive.’

Earlier this month, Perrie credited Danielle for playing a huge role in helping her stay in shape.

The media personality – who was holidaying with her footballer boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain wrote on Instagram alongside a paparazzi picture of herself paddle boarding: ‘I will never be able to control being photographed without being aware. I always dread post-holiday pics.

‘I reached out to my girl @DaniellePeazer (very last minute [eye roll emoji]) before my holiday and she put me through my paces and I’m so thankful.

‘Because for the first time, I didn’t cry, I didn’t pick myself apart and in the words of Elsa – I’m learning to “Let It Go!”.’

She previously spoke about being kinder to herself when it comes to her appearance as she told Glamour: ‘I think, do you know what, I’m going to be honest and say, the times I actually pick myself apart and feel miserable is when I get papped in a bikini.

‘Or papped in a way that one, I’m not aware that I’m being papped. And two, it makes me feel dirty. People will say to me, “Oh, you look great!” I’m like, “Are you kidding me? Do I look like that?” Then I’ll cry. Like, I’ll actually cry.

‘I’ll say, “I’m hideous, I’m this and this.” It really gets to me and I have to remind myself to let it go. It’s a few bad pictures, who cares? But it takes a lot to get to that point. It’s easier said than done – it’s really horrible.’
