Ruth Langsford is forced to apologise to viewers after consumer expert swears live on This Morning… leaving Eamonn Holmes VERY unimpressed

Ruth Langsford was forced to say sorry to This Morning viewers on Monday’s live show, after their in-studio guest cursed on air.

Katie Morley was on the show taking calls from people who needed consumer advice, speaking to a lady called Lesley who was recounting an issue she’d been having getting a refund.

Katie’s response was: ‘Oh I’m so sorry darling, that’s s**t!’

She was quick to put a hand to her mouth as she realised her gaffe, with Ruth swiftly stepping in and apologising to viewers for the early-morning slip.

‘I do apologise for that!’ Ruth said, as Katie mumbled ‘so sorry!’

Ruth’s co-host and husband Eamonn Holmes looked extremely unimpressed at the error, after which Katie attempted to carry on with the segment.
