Lauren Goodger looks casually chic in an all-grey ensemble as she steps out with a pal

She’s been unable to hit the balmy shores of Dubai, which has emerged as one of her favoured holiday spots.

But Lauren Goodger made the most of her time at home as she enjoyed an outing at the Ashwells country golf club with a friend and celebrity hypnotherapist Robert Hisee after receiving a hypnotherapy session in Essex on Friday. 

The former TOWIE star, 33, put on a casually chic display as she stepped out in an all-grey ensemble that teamed a matching shirt and loose-fit trousers.

Lauren’s ensemble accentuated her pert posterior, but fit loosely on the rest of her frame as she strolled to her car with her pal.

She pulled her brunette locks back into a messy bun atop her head, and kept a low profile by wearing a pair of chic shades.

The reality star completed her look by keeping her personal items in a quilted black handbag, while she stepped out in a pair of black flip flops. 

While a number of celebrities have made a beeline for such destinations as Spain, France and Portugal, Lauren will have to wait until she can visit Dubai once again. 

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) issued a blanket warning against all non-essential international travel in March.

And while the travel restriction was lifted for some 67 destinations from 4 July, with some of those air bridges since being recalled, Dubai wasn’t on the list.

Effective from 1 August, all visitors to the United Arab Emirates must have received a negative PCR COVID-19 test result within the 96 hours prior to their arrival.  

Lauren’s outing comes after she came under fire last week after she was accused of enhancing her social media images with photo editing tools. 

On Wednesday, she hit back at ‘vile, nasty, evil’ trolls in a lengthy rant.

The former TOWIE star vowed to be even more ‘successful, sexy and confident’ than ever after her followers criticised her for enhancing her appearance in a white bikini. 

In a lengthy rant, Lauren wrote: ‘Please look at every other celebs page comments who are posting pics of them with @boombod and please look at mine!

‘Same brand and same pics! This is why I never take ANYTHING seriously what my “hating” followers say. They just want any excuse to hate and make vile, nasty, evil comments.’

Lauren has defended other celebrities such as Kylie Jenner- who was called out for a Photoshop blunder- and she has accused fans of fuelling hate out of jealousy. 

She added: ‘Some people that follow me are just pure jealousy. It’s actually disgusting. Someone said I should never be allowed children and I’m mentally deranged. 

‘I have PTs “professionals” (my a**e)! using their own profile by slagging me off and putting clown emojis over my face.

‘It’s any excuse to try and bring me down! But it’s so wrong. How dare you. But one thing about me is I will never let you win! You will never bully me to try and make your ugly selves feel better…’
