The trailer opens with Anna walking into a hair salon, where she’s greeted by a receptionist before she sits down for Virgie (Laverne Cox) to work on her hair.
As she combs through Anna’s hair, Virgie asks, ‘You’re not tender-headed, are you?’ as Anna sheepishly responds, ‘I’ll be fine.’
Virgie starts clamping down her hair, and it’s immediately clear Anna is uncomfortable, as Virgie gets to work.
