The couple were joined by a group of family members for the event held outdoors in a setting decorated with pink and blue balloons.
Carson and McAllister learned the gender of their child when the assembled group used confetti cannons to shoot blue powder into the sky.
The reveal prompted the pair to jump and clap with excitement before sharing a sweet kiss.

The couple, who are high school sweethearts, tied the knot on January 1, 2016.
Back on July 23, Carson had shared her positive pregnancy test with her social media followers.
‘Baby McAllister coming Jan 2021!!!!!’ she wrote. ‘We can’t even contain our excitement and joy right now.’
She added: ‘We love this little bean so much already and we can’t wait to start this beautiful chapter in our lives!’
