Phoebe Burgess’ ex Sam enjoys quality time with daughter Poppy, three, and son Billy, one

Since her divorce, Phoebe Burgess has been living at her parents’ estate in Bowral with her young children, three-year-old Poppy and one-year-old Billy.

But on Wednesday, her ex husband Sam Burgess enjoyed some rare bonding time with his adorable children and his mother, Julie.   

‘My three ice cream monsters ❤️❤️❤️,’ the NRL star captioned the Instagram snap as they lounged around at their local park.  

Wearing a white top and black joggers, Sam, 31, looked happy and relaxed during the family outing. 

The athlete and his wife Phoebe finalised their divorce in April.  

Former WAG Phoebe walked away with 70 per cent of their marital wealth, a source told The Daily Telegraph at the time.

The former magazine journalist will also keep a white SDVA Range Rover, which is valued at $100,000. 

Sam is said to have retained ownership of a two-bedroom apartment in Sydney’s Little Bay, where his mother, Julie, lives.

‘Sam didn’t care about anything but the apartment for his mum to live in,’ a source said.

The Burgesses had sold their Lurline Bay property in Maroubra, a beachside suburb in Sydney’s east, in January for $5million. 

In May, it was reported by The Daily Telegraph that Phoebe sold the F45 gym in Bowral she secured in her divorce from Sam and made $250,000.  

For the past few months, Phoebe has been living at her parents’ estate in Bowral with her young children, three-year-old Poppy and one-year-old Billy.

Sam, who recently signed on as a commentator for Fox League, has been living in a Coogee apartment he is renting with his brother Luke. 

Sam and Phoebe called it quits in December 2018, just weeks after the birth of their son, Billy.

They reunited in January 2019 but called time on their marriage again in September last year.
