Former Bachelorette star Jarrod Woodgate flies to Darwin to be with girlfriend Sam Royce… but their reunion is short-lived after he’s swiftly put into mandatory quarantine
Jarrod Woodgate’s reunion with girlfriend Sam Royce proved to be brief on Wednesday.
The 35-year-old former Bachelorette hopeful flew into Darwin from his home in Victoria to visit his girlfriend of six months.
But while Sam, 30, was on hand to greet her beau at the airport, the couple had to keep their distance, with Jarrod then taken into mandatory quarantine.

Sam, who appeared on last year’s season of The Bachelor, was forced to wave at Jarrod from behind a barrier.
Despite being unable to get close to her boyfriend, the Australian Federal Police agent was all smiles after spotting her man at the arrivals gate.
Clutching a reusable coffee cup and her phone in one hand, Sam looked casual in a pair of black jeans and a red top.

Meanwhile, Jarrod was seen smiling from behind his face mask, removing it momentarily to take a sip from his water bottle.
Standing behind his suitcase and pillow, Jarrod stepped off the plane in a pair of white pants and a pale blue T-shirt.
Last week, Jarrod paid tribute to Sam on their six-month anniversary and lamented the fact they had to spend it apart.

Describing himself as ‘the happiest man in the universe’, he praised Sam as being ‘the most amazing, kind, loving, passionate and beautiful person I’ve ever met’.
‘You have changed my life and rocked my world. You are my everything! So thank you,’ he continued.
‘Happy 6 month anniversary beautiful, sorry I can’t be there to celebrate with you but I will make it my mission to make it special for you.’
