Topher was every bit the doting dad carrying his daughter Mabel in one arm, as the pair waved together at passersby.
The That 70’s Show actor sported a retro Atari T-shirt and a pair of casual shorts with sandals and some sunglasses.
Mabel, who was born in 2017, looked precious in a teal and pink tie-dye dress and some pink sneakers.

Topher and Ashley haven’t publicly announced that they welcomed their new bundle of joy but, in Ma, Ashley penned on social media that she was ready for the baby to arrive.
The star made the comment while celebrating a huge accomplishment as she completed her bachelors degree and graduated from college after five years.
The Crackle actress shared a black and white photo in her cap and gown on the day of her virtual graduation from California State University.

Topher and Ashley, who are both actors, started dating back in 2014 and tied the knot two years later in a ceremony near Santa Barbara.
