Former Home and Away star Orpheus Pledger reveals his SHOCK career move after dramatically leaving the long-running soap last year
Like many fellow Melburnians, Orpheus Pledger has had to find different ways to entertain himself while in isolation during the city’s stage three lockdown.
On Wednesday, the former Home and Away star, 27, said he has been keeping himself distracted by making music.
‘There will be singing involved, but I’ve been mainly producing music,’ he told Daily Mail Australia.

‘I’m inspired by all the great eras of music over the years.’
And while he hopes to soon return to acting, Orpheus has been trying to keep busy educating and inspiring himself.
Orpheus left the role of Mason Morgan on Home and Away last year, following a number of years on the show.

Last month, Daily Mail Australia revealed the hunky soap star will bare all in this year’s season of Seven’s All-New Monty: Guys & Gals.
He will join the likes of Fat Pizza star Paul Fenech, former Biggest Loser trainer Shannan Ponton, 46, and Samuel Johnson, 42.
Back in November, he shared a sweet tribute to his on-screen character, who was shot dead in the dramatic season finale.

In the episode, four gunmen held a number of characters hostage, including Bella Nixon, played by Courtney Miller.
Mason decided to take a stand against the gang in order to help save Bella.
Orpheus’ departure from the long-running program comes after he told TV WEEK that he felt it was ‘time to move on, and plan what’s next in his career’.
