He may be $234,656 richer, but Big Brother winner Chad Hurst is already back at his day job. 

The 27-year-old reality star shared a video to his Instagram story on Monday, explaining he was heading back to work as a personal trainer after a few days off. 

The model leads a mix of classes and runs PT sessions at the Newtown Fitness Playground gym in Sydney.

‘First day back after what four/ five days off, but mate I am so happy to be back,’ he said in the clip.

In the clip, Chad looked sporty in a grey Nike t-shirt with a black jacket and cap, which he accessorised with a pair of sunglasses. 

While the TV personality didn’t specify in the video, it is likely that Chad had a few days off after being crowned the winner of Big Brother last week.

While most people would want to take more time off after winning $2330,000, there may be a reason that Chad is keen to get back to work.  

An insider revealed to Daily Mail Australia that the hunk hasn’t actually received the prize money yet and he doesn’t know when he will get it. 

Regardless, Chad said he was thrilled to get back in the gym, saying in the video: ‘Bloody love my job.’

Meanwhile, the new TV star appears to still be happily dating fellow Big Brother contestant Sophie Baduck, 25, despite recent rumours the couple were ‘faking’ their romance. 

On Saturday, the couple were spotted enjoying a low-key date at Bondi’s Raw bar in Sydney. 

And on Friday, they enjoyed a night out with fellow housemates, Sarah McDougal, Ian Joass, Danni Keogh, Marissa Rancan, Angela Clancy and Allan Liang.
