The Prince of Wales pub in Moseley will now bring in new admission rules barring anyone who is under 25 or wearing trainers.
The new policy will be implemented on Friday, following the incident with the noisy guests at 11.30pm on July 25, BirminghamLive reported.

The policy also means customers will have their bags searched at the door and the time for last admissions has been brought forward to 10pm.

The pub shared the new rules their customers would have to follow on Twitter.
It said: ‘Firstly we would like to apologise to our customers and neighbours for the disturbance caused by a large group of selfish customers at 11.30pm on Saturday night.
‘We are committed to no repeat of this incident.’

It listed the new rules, including that no one under 25 will be admitted and all customers must have a valid photo ID, there will be bag searches on the door, a zero tolerance policy of anti-social behaviour and last admittance at 10pm.
The post also advised there will be a smart casual dress code enforced, meaning customers are not permitted to wear trainers, tracksuits or hats.
It also said the pub ‘have the right to refuse admission’ and said anyone breaking the rules will be banned for life.

Manager Keith Marsden told BirminghamLive that it took 10 minutes for staff to get the group to stop singing as staff were trying to close the pub.

Others said the new rules banned a ‘huge section’ of the pub’s target customers.
The pub has four bars, a heated marquee and its own tiki bar and was awarded the British Institute of Innkeepers award.
It was named UK’s Licensees of the Year in 2015 after taking the runners-up spot the year before.
