‘I don’t like him!’ Jarrod Woodgate blasts Ciarran Stott for using his ‘grandma’s funeral as an excuse to leave Angie Kent’ on The Bachelorette
Bachelor In Paradise star Renee Barrett claimed her ex-boyfriend Ciarran Stott quit The Bachelorette last year to rekindle their romance.
And on Friday, Jarrod Woodgate blasted Ciarran, 25, for using his ‘grandma’s funeral as an excuse to leave Angie Kent’ on the show.
Speaking on the So Dramatic podcast, Jarrod, 35, said: ‘The first conversation we had, he got on my bad side. He started telling me how he had no affection for Angie and didn’t like her at all.’

‘And then he ended up having to come up with all these excuses and put on an act so Australia would still love him and he had to find a way to leave the mansion to go to Bali with Renee,’ he continued.
He went on to say Ciarran ‘came up with some excuse which was his Gran’s funeral which had apparently already happened before this moment.’
Jarrod said Angie is his friend and he ‘doesn’t like Ciarran because he has ‘gone on the show and used and abused her and also taken advantage of Renee’.

Last week on Bachelor in Paradise, Ciarran acknowledged cheating on Renee when they were together – but he didn’t reveal another important detail about their romance.
That left Renee to spill the beans on Tuesday’s episode.
She disclosed that the former Army rifleman had secretly been in contact with her when he was on Angie’s season of The Bachelorette.

Renee suggested that her ex had quit the series in order to rekindle their romance – which conflicts with what he told Angie at the time.
When he left The Bachelorette last year, Ciarran explained to Angie that he was grieving his grandmother, who had just died in England.
What he failed to tell her was that he was also nursing a broken heart following his split from Renee, whom he’d previously dated when they were both living in Darwin.
