Katy Perry shows off her baby bump in a bright orange wig and matching polkadot dress

She’s due next month to become a mother for the first time.

 But that hasn’t stopped Katy Perry from a relatively busy schedule of remote appearances in support of her upcoming album, including her performance at the Tomorrowland Around The World Festival on Saturday.

The Daisies songbird, 35, donned an impossibly bright orange wig in the snaps, with tendrils hanging on either side of her face and three large knots atop her head. 

Her frock called to mind a large creamsicle, with its similarly orange shade accented with white polka dots.

Perry’s huge pregnant belly was on full display, and the only element that stole away any of the attention was the feathery purple trim at her dress’s hem above her knees.

She wore purple ball earrings, and her makeup featured subtle violet eye shadow and outlandish pink-orange lips.  

‘Orange you glad TODAYS THE DAY!’ Perry captioned the gallery of images, which also included a promo video of the festival.

‘Hope you enjoy my (big) top tier performance at @Tomorrowland Around the World the digital festival,’ she continued, adding orange, circus tent and planet earth emojis.  

The Part Of Me singer, who is awaiting the birth of her baby daughter with fiance Orlando Bloom, is performing at the virtual festival to promote her sixth studio album, entitled Smile, which drops next month. 

Meanwhile, the besotted pair’s wedding plans have been delayed again, this time in light of the impending birth of their daughter.

As seen in the Mirror, the couple had intended to marry last winter, and then that plan was pushed to this summer in Japan… which then of course ran into Covid-19, thereby forcing another delay.

Speaking of her long-planned nuptials, Perry told the outlet: 

‘You can’t plan anymore in 2020 because those plans are ­always cancelled. We just want to ­deliver a healthy child. Everyone has to take life one week at a time right now.’
