And on Sunday, Talia Rycroft hit back at cruel body shamers as she proudly showed off her figure in a series of photos on Instagram.
‘1 thing I struggled with my whole life was my body! I knew that when I went on BIG BROTHER I would get slammed for being “FAT” and that’s exactly what happened,’ she wrote.

‘I have been a size 10 my whole life, currently weighing my heaviest at 65kg and my body flunctuates like you wouldn’t believe! I get thinner on my period and get heavier with stress?!?!? Sounds strange but that’s my body,’ she continued.
Talia went on to say that she ‘covers up and hides her body’ because she has ‘always felt too curvy’ and even uses apps to make herself look skinnier.
‘Going on big brother I decided to F**K that all off and just be ME! I walked around in a bikini all day long and I’ve never felt more confident and happy in my life.’

‘I was made out to look insecure on Big Brother and yes I’ll admit I do sometimes get insecure – WE ALL DO! and that’s okay!’ she added.
Talia said since filming for the show ended, she’s ‘continued to look at the positives’ and ‘feels so much better because of it’.
She wrote: ‘Remember this – if someone has something bad to say about you without 100% knowing you, it only shows a reflection of themselves.’

In the photo, Talia showed off her curvy figure in an orange G-string and a white crop top.
She also shared another picture of herself flaunting her physique a racy red swimsuit while in the Big Brother house.
