Love Island Australia star Erin Barnett has celebrated her cellulite with a candid before and after Instagram snap of her bottom.

The 25-year-old explained that she had taken both pictures five seconds apart, and the difference in her body’s appearance was due to her posing in contrasting angles.

Despite admitting that she ‘struggles mentally with having cellulite’, Erin said she was putting in the ‘hard work’ to love and appreciate her body.

Erin took a break from her usual sultry bikini-clad display on Instagram to get real with her followers.

Wearing a pair of black underwear and a matching sports bra to highlight her derriere, the reality star proudly gushed: ‘CELLULITE CELEBRATION.’

Erin continued: ‘I took these photos 5 seconds apart! ⁣In the LEFT photo, I’m pushing my hips backwards & slightly bending my knees. ⁣In the RIGHT photo, I’m pushing my hips forward & locking my knees. ⁣ITS ALL ABOUT DEM ANGLES GURLS [sic]!’

Hoping to be a good role model, Erin said: ‘I know I have a lot of young girls who follow me on here; so I thought I’d just show errrrbody my booty & remind the world that we ALL have cellulite SOMEWHERE. IT’S NORMAL. ⁣

‘Some may have none, some may have a little & some may have heaps. Either way, ITS NORMAL!⁣’

Erin explained that learning to love her body has been a long process for her too.

‘I struggle with having cellulite mentally; each day I learn to love it a little bit more; but some days I absolutely hate that a** & cellulite. It’s okay to be honest & admit to yourself that loving your own body is god damn hard work sometimes, right?! ⁣

‘A reminder that majority of our photos are edited in a way to make our Instagram look fabulous, bright & joyful. ⁣Every now & then it’s refreshing to add this kind of content to my Instagram ✌.’

Erin added: ‘Another little thing: some people have major insecurities about certain body parts; this is why some people choose to have cosmetic surgery. AND THATS OKAY! If you prefer not to have cosmetic surgery; THATS ALSO OKAY! [sic].

‘As long as you do whatever you want to your body because YOU want to! Do whatever makes YOU happy! Do whatever YOU WANT!

‘Everyone deals with things differently and I love that! No one is here to judge another person’s decisions. ⁣

‘I still have so much personal growth to do in regards to body positivity; especially mentally! I’m taking it all one day at a time.’

Erin soared to fame on Love Island Australia in 2018, where she was coupled up with her now ex-boyfriend Eden Dally and they made it to the grand finale together.

But they missed out on winning the show and the $50,000 cash prize, which went to Grant Crapp and Tayla Damir instead.

Two years on after filming Love Island, Erin is in a long-term relationship with a man named Mick Russell – and is even a stepmother to his children.
