With her new movie The Kissing Booth 2 dropping at midnight on Netflix, Joey King promoted the sequel with a photo shoot.
The 20-year-old actress rocked a bright look during a color blocking photo shoot on Thursday, just hours before The Kissing Booth 2 premieres.
She returns as Shelly ‘Elle’ Evans in the follow-up to Netflix’s hit 2018 film The Kissing Booth, just days after signing a historic first-look deal with Hulu, becoming the youngest person ever to strike a first-look deal with a streaming service.

King was wearing a bright yellow shirt from COS, with a light blue skirt, also from COS at the photo shoot.
She also wore a bright orange hat from Mahoki with matching orange sunglasses from Karen Walker.
The actress completed her look with bright orange tights from We Love Colors, black boots from Jeffrey Campbell, plus an EF Collection triple ring and a Vita Fede double ring.

The Kissing Booth 2 is based on the novel The Kissing Booth 2: Going the Distance by Beth Reekles.
Jacob Elordi returns as Noah Flynn, along with Joel Courtney as his brother Lee Flynn, with Molly Ringwald coming back as their mother Mrs. Flynn.
The sequel welcomes new cast members Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Chloe, Taylor Perez as Marco, Meganne Young as Rachel and Carson White Brad Evans.

King’s first-look deal with Hulu comes on the heels of her hit series The Act, which earned her Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG nominations.
The actress is set to star in and executive produce a limited series based on Jodi Picoult’s best-sellingi book A Spark of Light.
She also serves as an executive producer on The Kissing Booth 2, with the actress teasing on Thursday that she would be willing to star in a third Kissing Booth movie.

King appeared on The Today Show on Thursday morning, where she revealed all of the cast members want a third movie.
‘Well, me and the cast have been talking and we want that so bad and we’re kind of relying on the fans to help us out,’ she said.
‘They loved the first one so much and they’re the reason that we got a sequel. So if they love this one and they make it known to the world and to Netflix, our fingers are crossed that Netflix will give us a third movie because that’s what we want really badly,” she added.
