BREAKING: Tweetdeck is DOWN just one week after Twitter suffered a massive hack

  • Tweetdeck was failing to load for at least 350 users
  • The site was acquired by Twitter in 2011 for $40 million
  • The outage comes just a week after Twitter was the target of a high-profile hack

Tweetdeck is down for hundreds of users who are unable to load the site.

According to Down Detector, which aggregates user reports of issues with apps and websites, 352 users reported being unable to access the site, instead getting an error page, that reads ‘tweetdeck.twitter.com can’t be found.’

The outage, while not currently widespread, comes in the wake of a high-profile hack on Twitter which saw the accounts of 130 celebrities and public figures compromised to push a Bitcoin scam.

Tweetdeck was acquired by Twitter for $40 million in 2011 after operating as its own independent application.
