The mother-of-two sported a minimal make up look and teamed her casual outfit with grey joggers.

The former I’m A Celebrity said: ‘Coming out of lockdown, there are lots of things I won’t miss; like not seeing friends and family or being able to hug people I love. BUT, there are definitely things about lockdown I am thankful for.
‘During lockdown I took some well needed time for me. I learned about yoga and breathing and that movement is about so much more than aesthetics.
‘Working out helps in so many ways and if you don’t know where to start or are looking for some new and interesting workouts check out @iamtv.fit.’

‘The change in my boobs definitely has made me feel less confident in myself but I wouldn’t change a thing.
‘I have cellulite, I don’t have a big bum I have edited it in the past as it’s something I am self conscious of. I’d look at other women on Instagram and put myself down for not looking like that’.
