‘I’m here to take @marthastewart48’s swimming lesson,’ Handler captioned the snap, while posing in her pool.

‘If I look this good at 78 I better still have a pool to show myself off in,’ the comedienne added.

Martha, on the other hand, took the selfie on Tuesday to beat the heat, while sharing some background on how she built the pool.

‘My pool in East Hampton is the place to be on a 89 degree day!’ Stewart began, before explaining how clean the pool is.

‘When I built the pool thirty years ago it was designed to be as chlorine free as possible, with a natural concrete finish-no paint- and it fit in a long narrow space between the house and the property line,’ she added.

‘I made it extra deep for diving and with no protruding steps so we could really race the length without worrying about obstacles. After all these years, It is a fun place to swim!!!’ the icon concluded.

Masks: Handler made headlines last week when she tried to get people to wear masks, in a rather unusual manner

Handler made headlines last week when she tried to get people to wear masks, in a rather unusual manner.

The Chelsea Lately star fashioned two blue medical face masks into a makeshift bikini, with another mask around her face, as she worked out.

‘Everybody needs to find a mask and put it on because I’d like to have fun again,’ Handler began.

Body: 'People want their kids to go back to school again and we are abusing our health care workers so please find a mask and put it on any part of your body! I love my body!' she said while prancing away from the camera
