Carol revealed that she has been pregnant twice and decided to terminate both of her pregnancies.
The ITV star shared that one of her pregnancies happened when she was 38 after a one-night stand.
Carol, who is now happily married to husband Mark Cassidy, insisted that she is ‘not ashamed’ of her decision.
