Scheana Shay reveals on social media that she’s leaving Los Angeles and moving south to San Diego
Scheana Shay announced via social media that she’s moving out of Los Angeles and headed south to San Diego.
The 35-year-old reality star teased the move in an Instagram post on Sunday that showed her dipping her feet in a pool along with Ariana Madix, 35, at the Viejas Casino & Resort in San Diego County.
‘This place is beginning to feel like home and soon SD will be! Thank you @viejascasinoandresort again for having us,’ Scheana wrote in the caption for her roughly 1.1 million followers.

Scheana has been living at her Palm Springs vacation home with boyfriend Brock Davies amid the coronavirus pandemic, but posted on Twittr on Monday that she was moving from her primary residence that she was renting in Marina del Rey in LA County.
She responded to fan speculation that she was leaving Vanderpump Rules on Twitter and said her move was ‘just temporary’.
‘No way! Just temporary. I’ve been in the desert for 4 months. It’s too hot and now it’s lonely since it’s just me. Once work opens and picks back up in La I will get a small apt there again too. But for now, an unemployed b*** has gotta save her $$,’ Scheana posted.
Scheana quickly added another status report on her living situation.

‘Update #2: we got approved for our dream condo in SD!!!! Moving in 3 weeks! Ahhhhhhh!!!!,’ she tweeted.
Scheana also provided her fans and followers with updates on Vanderpump Rules production.
‘Y’all just bc I’m moving now, does NOT mean I’m quitting the show,’ she tweete4d. ‘I love my job!! We aren’t filming right now. SUR/LA is closed. I’m wasting so much $ on rent and I’m lonely all the way out in PS. It just makes sense. Once work opens/picks back up, I will too have an apt in LA!’

Restaurant closed: The Vanderpump Rules star tweeted that SUR restaurant was closed
She could not confirm, however, if Vanderpump Rules had been renewed.
“Lol. No. I am not confirming nor denying anything,’ she tweeted. ‘I know as much as y’all know. And all I know is we aren’t filming or open right now so I have no reason to be paying rent in La for the time being. Brock’s lease is up.”
“It’s the smart move to save $,” she added.

‘We aren’t filming anytime soon. Still in a pandemic,’ she responded to someone wondering how she could be on Vanderpump Rules if she was living in San Diego.
Scheana is an original cast member of Vanderpump Rules, which premiered on Bravo in January 2013.
Original cast members Stassi Schroeder, 32, and Kristen Doute, 37, were fired from Vanderpump Rules in June for racist actions toward former castmate Faith Stowers, along with show newcomers Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni who were canned for past racists posts on social media.
