She added: ‘This one is the largest and it has a heat lamp, fan and LED light. Best of all, it has a remote control.

‘We scored ours at the Sydney Home Show and it was $995.’

More than one thousand people were impressed with Anne’s laundry system, writing comments like ‘this is a whole new level’.

‘What an awesome space saver,’ one woman posted.

‘Definitely a better idea than having a clothes horse taking up all your space.’

Another posted: ‘We have this and it saves me a lot of grief in having to rush home and get the laundry in.

‘We have a dehumidifier under it and it dries in no time. No problem with bacteria!’

Others said they had no idea that such a device existed, and living in ‘rural Victoria’ can mean that ‘nothing is able to dry outside between the months of June and August’.

‘I actually had a dream about this!’ the Victorian woman added.

According to product description on the website, the clothes line is the ‘new age of clothes drying’.

‘The TopLine Clothes Lines come in three different base sizes, 80, 120 and 150cm,’ product description reads.

‘There is a size to suit every laundry, and whether you are in a one-bed unit or a five-bedroom house, we offer a suitable laundry solution.’

What makes the lines different is that they are designed for indoor drying, ‘so there are no messy looking airers on the balconies of apartment blocks, no washing lines on display on waterfront properties and no floor space wasted’.

‘I’d love that for my wardrobe,’ the woman wrote.

‘Imagine waking up to toasty warm clothes in winter – so dreamy.’
