The mother-of-one shared a photo of herself flaunting her washboard abs and biceps in the mirror after an intense gym session.

Fans of the interior designer know she is a fitness enthusiast who likes to keep fit by doing Mauy Thai, cardio and strength training, which she shares on her Instagram.

It comes after the P.E Nation co-founder has reportedly been trying to avoid bumping into Kyly in the Bondi Beach area.
According to Woman’s Day, some locals are convinced there is a ‘turf war’ of sorts brewing between Pip, 40, and Kyly.
Kyly, who is in the midst of a $40million divorce from Michael, is said to be upset with her ex for flaunting his new relationship on social media for all to see.
As a result, the rumour in Sydney’s eastern suburbs is that the two women may have to draw a line in the sand to avoid things getting awkward.
A source claimed that Kyly likes to take walks down the beach in the same area where the Michael is often spotted with Pip, and that a run-in might be inevitable if the TV judge heads out at the same time as the new couple.

They first hooked up after the retired cricketer’s split from wife Kyly in September, but their romance didn’t become public knowledge until after the Clarkes announced their separation on February 12.
When news of the relationship surfaced, Michael and Pip both denied they were anything more than friends.
But despite their denials, it’s understood they were in fact an item.
The couple reportedly ended things in April because Michael couldn’t handle the publicity that came with dating Pip, but they eventually reconciled and appear to be back on for good.
