Kerry Katona and her boyfriend Ryan Mahoney were spotted house hunting at the weekend in Kent.
And the couple – who have been on and off since 2018 – looked to be eyeing up a modest abode compared to the mansions Kerry has owned in the past.
Casually-clad, it looked as though the reality personality, 39, and her personal trainer beau, 31, were downsizing as they surveyed the property.

Kerry wore a black and white striped dress with a back baggy cardigan and sandals.
She wore shades atop her head with her blonde mane tied back from her features and slung a designer bag across her body.
Ryan threw on pale grey tracksuit bottoms and a simple back Tee, completing the sporty look with white trainers.
The pair were seen exiting the side gate of the red-brick and checking it out from the street.

This Tudor-style manor was sprawling, and was set in sweeping lush gardens.
Her most recent property was set on the outskirts of London. She was said to be moving into it with Ryan in January but they are evidently looking elsewhere.
