From a Big Brother star to a beauty entrepreneur! Angela Clancy announces her new lip gloss line

Big Brother star Angela Clancy is launching her own lip gloss range.

The 38-year-old, who was spotted leaving a cosmetics laboratory last month, told Perth Now on Saturday that her line will be called Angelicious.

‘I came up with it [the name] when I was actually in high school, I used to say “I’m fabulous, I’m delicious, I’m Angelicious,” she said, noting she also had her nickname trademarked.

She revealed that the range will include her signature pink, as well as a golden colour gloss.

Since finding fame on the Channel Seven reboot, the mother-of-two is working hard to develop her brand and make it available at cosmetics chains like Sephora.

‘I’ve got a few meetings to go to, I’ve got Sephora meeting to go to, but I haven’t committed to anything that’s why I want to do something for me first before I can say yes or roll out to anybody else,’ she said.

The reality TV beauty was known for putting on a layer lip gloss during a challenge, which she admitted was her secret ‘weapon’ in the Big Brother house.

Angela explained if she knew she wasn’t going to win a challenge, at least she knew she would look good.

‘For me, lip gloss is like wearing that power suit or those high heels, it makes you feel powerful like you can conquer the day.’

In June, the reality star was seen leaving Wild Child Laboratories in Perth with her father, who is also her manager.
