Big Brother stars Kieran Davidson and Talia Rycroft jet into Sydney ahead of finale

Evicted Big Brother stars Talia Rycroft and Kieran Davidson jetted into Sydney Airport on Saturday, ahead of the show’s grand finale next week.

The reality programs ‘villain’ and ‘mastermind’ looked delighted to see each other as they had the chance to catch up before the final episode, which will be filmed live on Wednesday.

As the show’s main mischief-maker, Talia lived up to her reputation as she appeared to be having a ball at the airport, pulling faces at the crowd.

The blonde beauty, who was voted off following a brutal blindside from Angela Clancy, looked effortlessly chic in a casual sports-luxe ensemble.

The 22-year-old flaunted her trim physique in pastel coloured tie-dye tracksuit pants and a figure-hugging white singlet.

Talia flung a grey hoodie over her shoulders and also carried a dark puffer jacket- seemingly unsure how the weather in Sydney would compare to her Adelaide home.

Talia made her way through the airport accompanied by her mother, where she waited for a taxi with Kieran.

Tired of the wait, she took a moment to rest on her suitcase.

Talia and Kieran both caught the same flight into Sydney from Adelaide.

The blonde stunner was labelled as a ‘mean girl’ and ‘villain’ by viewers early in the series when she isolated new intruder Hannah Campbell for no apparent reason.

Housemate Sarah McDougal revealed that she previously met Hannah during the Big Brother audition process, branding her ‘rude’, ‘not nice’ and a ‘try hard’.

This prompted Talia to confess that she ‘hated’ Hannah, and later excluded her from the group as she attempted to get to know the girls around the swimming pool.

Viewers vented she was a ‘mean girl’, ‘villain’ and ‘out of line’ across Twitter and Instagram, prompting Talia to disable comments on her own social platforms.

But Talia has since claimed she and some of her co-stars felt her portrayal on the reboot was ‘fake’ and ‘highly edited’.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia last month she said: ‘I’m a bit shocked watching it all back – but that’s the power of reality TV.’

Meanwhile, Kieran looked happy after he pocketed over $15,000 during Wednesday nights episode.

Despite giving up the chance to win the 2020 Big Brother reboot, Kieran was in an upbeat mood as he caught a flight from his home in Adelaide to Sydney ahead of the grand finale which is airing live on Wednesday.

While the YouTuber, 21, is no doubt looking forward to catching up with his former housemates, some of them might not be too thrilled to see him after his windfall was taken out of the grand prize.

Kieran left Big Brother with $15,344 after a shock stand-off with fellow evictee Sophie Budack in the White Room on Wednesday’s episode.

On Thursday, he revealed why he had decided to take the money and leave the show instead of returning to the competition.

Speaking on Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa, the YouTuber, 21, said: ‘When I was offered that money, I wasn’t sure if I was going to take it… but then Sonia said it comes off the grand total prize money.’

‘So I thought I’m going to stick it up to everyone who thought I wasn’t a threat in the game. Take the cash and run,’ he added.

Kieran went on to say that the money was even sweeter because the other contestants had left the show with nothing.

He said: ‘$15,000 is incredible, especially because some other people have left and will get absolutely nothing.’

On Wednesday, Kieran proved exactly why he’s known as this season’s ‘mastermind’ by stealing thousands from the winner’s prize fund.

Host Sonia Kruger tempted Kieran and Sophie with a rising money counter, and said whoever pressed the buzzer could leave the competition with that amount.

‘I just won $15,000 of the grand prize total and I couldn’t be happier!’ he said after pressing the red button just before the timer ran out.

‘You thought you could get rid of me at the first eviction, and you failed! Then you failed another six times, and now I’m leaving on my own terms… and I’ve just stolen $15,000,’ he laughed while leaving the compound.

‘My message for the housemates is don’t underestimate the underdog,’ Kieran said.

The remaining housemates, Sophie Budack, Chad Hurst, Sarah McDougal, Daniel Gorringe and Mat Garrick are now competing for a reduced prize of $234,656.

Big Brother continues Monday at 7:30pm on Channel Seven.
