And Kirsty Gallacher looked incredible as she shared yet another intense home workout to her Instagram on Friday. 

The TV presenter, 44, displayed her washboard abs in figure-hugging leggings and a crop top as she lifted weights in her garden.

Kirsty rocked a pair of black Lululemon leggings and a multicoloured sports bra that exposed her sculpted shoulders and defined abs. 

Her black trainers with multicolour laces ensured her outfit was coordinated and stylish whilst still being practical.

The TV presenter went makeup-free and tied her brunette locks in a neat bun as she grimaced through the physical challenges.

Kirsty completed a mixture of weight-lifting and weight resistance exercises that she admitted were a challenge. 

During the start of the coronavirus pandemic, the TV presenter had eased off the pedal in regards to her workouts, but she has returned with a vengeance as she strives to become her strongest self. 

She captioned the post with: ‘I know it’s a bit of a cliché but that saying “you’ll never regret a training session” really rings home for me.

‘Of course often I don’t feel up to it or I’m rushing around and don’t really have the time but every session counts and they all add up.

‘I didn’t feel my best a few months ago, for a few reasons, I’d just moved house and then lockdown happened and so naturally I didn’t prioritise training, but after months of hard word I feel like I’m getting back to my strongest. 

‘For anyone thinking about weight training, do it! As much for your mind as for your body, you won’t regret it.’
