A new full-length trailer for Locklan ‘Locky’ Gilbert’s season of The Bachelor has been released.

In the clip shared to the Channel Ten dating show’s Instagram on Wednesday evening, the hunk is seen suited and booted as he meets a bevvy of beauties for the first time.

Ready for his biggest adventure yet, the former Survivor star, 27, nervously admits that despite having his ‘heart broken’ in the past, he’s ready to ‘meet the woman of his dreams’ and ‘get down on one knee.’

In the first part of the clip, Locky enjoys the luxuries of Mango Bay Resort Fiji ahead of the women’s arrival.

Several shots show Locky during his usual everyday routine, as he cooks up a meal in the kitchen before going shirtless to hop into the waterfall shower.

Discussing his thoughts to the camera, he admits: ‘Being in love is the best feeling in the world. It takes your breath away.

‘But I’ve definitely had my heart broken. Love is the scariest thing in the world!’

‘But being The Bachelor is the craziest thing I’ve ever done!’

After getting dressed in a slick three-piece navy suit, Locky prepares to meet the girls, and worriedly whispers to himself: ‘Please like me!’

Luckily for him, the women seem smitten from the get-go.

Speaking to The Daily Telegraph last week, a spokesperson for Endemol said a COVID production manager had been hired on set.

‘Warner bros has also assigned a dedicated production COVID manager to ensure all protocols are up to date and adhered to,’ they told the publication.
