Gemma Collins slips into pink lycra as she does a work out with personal trainer

She has jetted out to Spain to spend a summer in the sunshine.

Yet Gemma Collins proved it wasn’t going to be all fun and games during her getaway, as she shared a clip of her working out on her Instagram page.

The TOWIE star, 39, showed off her three stone weight loss as she slipped into form-fitting pink co-ords, while working on some deadlifts beside the pool at her villa. 

Gemma kept her look typically glamorous as she styled her work out attire with a pair of black oversized sunglasses, while wearing her block locks tied back.

Taking to her Stories, Gemma said: ‘It’s not all fun in the sun, we are exercising today. We’ve just done dead lifts, squats, press ups, lunges, and we’re now off for a run.’

Gemma explained that her ‘celebrity personal trainer’ friend Vicky was training her, and went the GC asked her how it was to be training her she said it was ‘fantastic!’.

The Diva Forever star then quipped: ‘She keeps saying I’m doing it all wrong, but I’m trying!’ 

Gemma added that they were about to head off for a three mile run together, before stopping off for a piña colada to reward their hard work.

The star added: ‘This is how Sunday’s should be spent!’

Following her gruelling fitness session, Gemma and her pals got dressed up for a night on the town as she shared a glamorous snap on her Instagram page. 

Gemma looked looked lovely in a vibrant pink printed jumpsuit, which was cinched around her waist and teamed with a pair of studded wedges.

The reality star opted for light touches of make-up and wore her hair swept back, while also adding her huge shades to complete the ensemble.

She wrote in the caption: ‘I can’t remember the last time I was this brown !!! Proper cheesy holiday pic ! Girls this outfit is now on my WEBSITE.’
