While Seven has denied any claims there was ever an ‘official’ after party, an insider revealed the network was hoping to mark the show’s success with an epic party.

‘WTF. No after party. FML,’ one finalist far from impressed with the news wrote in a leaked text.

Meanwhile, another production source claims finalists were advised not to ‘party hard’ due to early press commitments the following morning.

The insider added that evicted housemates will only be allowed one plus one to attend the show’s grand live finale due to restrictions.

In a series first for Australia, Big Brother production was halted for three days in March after a ‘crew member came into contact with a confirmed coronavirus case’.

Upon hearing the news, the severity of the pandemic quickly dawned on the stars as they became more determined to outsmart and outplay their rivals for the show’s $250,000 prize.

Under normal circumstances, Big Brother stars are kept in the dark about the outside world, but an exception was made in this case.
