The Doctor Who star, 37, was casually-clad as he emerged with a pal before returning to his luxury Audi which had been marked by a warden.
His stroke of bad luck comes after his ex-girlfriend Lily James was spotted with Captain America star Chris Evans, sparking rumours of a new romance.

Shortly before he came back to his swanky car, a traffic warden had slapped a ticket on the car due to where he had parked.
Over the weekend, Lily and Chris were spotted heading to a hotel after partying into the early hours at a private members’ club together.
Following their first spotting, the A-list pair were then seen enjoying a second outing in a London park on Wednesday as they tucked into some ice cream and fawned over each other while lounging on the grass.
