But Jermaine Pennant enjoyed a day out with friends including fellow footballer Danny Simpson in Manchester on Saturday.
The group, which also included Michelle Keegan’s ex Brad Howard, made the most of the pubs reopening with a trip to the Menagerie bar.

Alice Goodwin confirmed the breakdown of her marriage to Jermaine – who famously ‘forgot’ to tell his Celebrity Big Brother housemates about his wife when he was on the show two summers ago – on March 6, just weeks before the UK was put into lockdown on March 23.
Despite the revelation of a new relationship last month, the reality star has chosen to self-isolate with her ex, 37, at their marital home in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Responding to a follower on Instagram who enquired about her romance status, she wrote: ‘I’ve got a boyfriend soz.’

It comes after she shared a post explaining that she and Jermaine just ‘couldn’t make it work’.
In a heartfelt and lengthy statement, she explained how the pair had suffered ‘ups and downs’ and added they explored ‘all avenues’ in a bid to make their marriage work.
She penned: ‘Hi guys, before any speculation starts I’d like to let people know that Jermaine and I are no longer in a relationship. We have spent 9 years together with ups and downs but ultimately we couldn’t make it work.
‘I will always care for Jermaine and wish him the best but at this point all avenues have been explored to make the marriage work and sometimes things just aren’t meant to be.’
