Her blonde locks were styled into a ponytail, and she shielded herself from the winter sun with a pair of shades.
Clearly in a playful mood, Phoebe attempted to make her children laugh as they deposited food into the water.

Phoebe shares her children with her ex-husband, NRL star Sam Burgess, who she split with for the second time in October 2019, just months after they had rekindled their marriage.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs star reportedly moved out of their $3.8million home in Maroubra towards the end of September.

Phoebe told Stellar magazine in March she had never expected her marriage to fail.
‘I had an idea about how I wanted them to grow up and that’s not going to happen now,’ she tearfully confessed.
‘But I’m adjusting and I embrace being their mum every day. And if that’s being a single mum, then I’ll embrace that as well.
