The gloves are off! Kyly Clarke’s message for Michael’s girlfriend Pip Edwards

Kyly Clarke has kept a low profile on social media ever since her estranged husband, Michael Clarke, went public with his new girlfriend, Pip Edwards, earlier this month.

But on Monday, the House Rules judge made her return to Instagram, as she flaunted her sensational figure and showed off her health and fitness regime.

The 38-year-old shared a photo of herself in activewear as she posed on an exercise mat surrounded by equipment in a sponsored post for vitamins brand Cenovis.

In the caption, Kyly spoke of the importance of taking vitamins and maintaining a healthy diet during the winter months.

‘My job is reasonably hectic; interior design and building, jumping from job to job, running a household and looking after a little one and their needs,’ she said, referring to her four-year-old daughter, Kelsey Lee.

‘Self-care is the best gift you can ever give yourself,’ she added.

She went on to share her hacks for staying warm this winter on her Instagram Story, including working out even if it’s ‘freezing’.

Kyly also demonstrated how to make a smoothie and how to prepare vegetables for soup. Notably, she was not wearing gloves like she normally does while cooking.

Kyly’s return to Instagram comes after her estranged husband, Michael, and his new flame, Pip Edwards, reportedly confirmed their romance.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald on Sunday, Michael has told friends the couple are keeping their romance ‘low-key’ for the sake of their children.

Michael shares daughter Kelsey Lee with Kyly, while Pip is mother to Justice Maximus, 12, whose father is Ksubi designer Dan Single.

Michael and Pip first hooked up after the sportsman’s split from Kyly in September.

Their romance didn’t become public knowledge, however, until after the Clarkes announced their separation on February 12 after seven years of marriage.
