After landing the role, Denise was perplexed why her casting had started to make headlines.

‘It was on the news and I was like “Why is such a big deal?” My friend was like “Do you realize you’re in James Bond?” I’m like “Yeah, I’m so excited, it’s a great movie” and he was like, “No.”‘

It wasn’t until later that Denise realized just how pivotal her role was.

The World Is Not Enough was released in 1999, and starred Pierce Brosnan as the iconic 007 and Denise as Dr. Christmas Jones.

The next film, No Time To Die, is set to be released in November, and sees Ana de Armas play the new leading lady.

But Denise thinks there’s someone in the RHOBH cast who would also make a great Bond girl – Erika Jayne.

‘It’s funny. I tell her this on my show. I actually think Erika Jayne would be an amazing Bond girl,’ she said.

‘She’s tough, she’s sassy, she would be glamorous,’ Denise continued.

The newest housewife on The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills, already Denise’s time on the show has been shrouded in controversy over allegations she had an affair with former star Brandi Glanville, which Denise has previously denied.

Her marriage also came under scrutiny after her husband Aaron Phypers was heard telling her he was ‘gonna crush’ her ‘f**king hand.’

Denise now admits she went into filming ‘very naive.’

‘I went in very naive, I think, the very first season,’ she recently told Sirius XM’s The Jess Cagle Show. ‘I want to be myself, because some people do know of me and I didn’t want to play a character, otherwise let’s call it scripted.’

She continued: ‘So I just wanted to be myself on the show, and you know, whatever happens happens, and just react how I really would.’
