‘Please date each other!’ The Voice fans go wild over the ‘chemistry’ between contestants Matt Gresham and Stellar Perry
On Monday’s episode of The Voice Australia, singers Matt Gresham and Stellar Perry teamed up for a battle round.
The pair, who were on Team Delta, put in a stunning performance of the Miley Cyrus track Slide Away.
And they were so great together on stage – even hugging at the end of their song – that fans at home were blown away by their chemistry – with many hoping the pair would get together as a couple.

One person Tweeted: ‘Stella & Matt are going to hook up. Energy was intense & they make a great musical couple’.

Someone else added: ‘Stellar and Matt, please date each other – and keep singing together.’

Judge Kelly Rowland noticed the pair’s chemistry, saying: ‘You have great chemistry together. It just worked. You guys clicked’
Yet another fan wrote: ‘Are these guys single?? If so, I’m gonna need them to get together. Such great chemistry’.
A viewer tuning in at home agreed, tweeting: ‘They’d make a great couple.’
The judges noticed the pair’s great chemistry too, with Boy George saying: ‘The energy was intense. It was so different. Like watching a really great band.’
Kelly Rowland felt the same way, saying: ‘I must actually agree with George. It was like I was watching a band.’

Fans may be out of luck, as while it’s unclear if Matt, 31, is single or not, Stellar, 36, appears to be dating a man named Brenton, who last appeared on her Instagram in July, 2019.
Both Stellar and Matt will stay in the competition – Stellar was picked to remain on Team Delta while Matt was saved by Guy Sebastian and is now on Team Guy.
