MasterChef Australia: Back To Win contestant Poh Ling Yeow is already a winner in the eyes of her fans. 

On Monday, the chef shared footage of the reopening of her Jamface baked goods stall at the Adelaide Farmers Market, and there were lines around the block. 

The stall offers all sorts of cakes and baked goods, and is co-owned by Poh and her business partner, Sarah Rich.

Jamface opened in 2014 and has been growing steadily in popularity – with a recent surge of fans keen to try Poh’s desserts after her latest appearance on MasterChef. 

Poh explained in the caption of her Instagram post: ‘I cannot thank you enough for the stunning turn out last Sunday. 

‘I’m so sorry I didn’t have enough food and staff – the queue at Jamface was unprecedented and there wasn’t so much as a crumb left to sell.

‘This week Sarah and I will definitely be bringing double the quantities especially the Coq au Vin pies and Milly Filliy’s. 

‘Thank you so much for your patience and kindness. There wasn’t a single rude person in the queue even as the food choices shrank down to zero and only coffee was on offer.

‘Your graciousness was felt and so appreciated by the team. I know this Sunday is tipped to be sunny so I hope to see you all there’.

Poh, 47 was the runner-up in the debut season of MasterChef Australia back in 2009, and since then she has gone on to have a very successful culinary career that includes cookbooks and TV shows. 

She is a fan favourite, but others have been quick to notice Poh’s prominence in most episodes.

In fact, a Facebook fan group, Masterchef Australia 2020, has branded this year’s series: ‘The Poh Show’.
