Dennis Quaid performed an outdoor concert for his Brentwood neighbors over Father’s Day weekend.
The 66-year-old actor was joined onstage by a small band of musicians including legendary Doors guitarist Robby Krieger, 74.
None of the onstage performers was wearing a mask, nor was Dennis’ 26-year-old fiancee Laura Savoie who was seen offstage watching the show.

This week California Governor Gavin Newsom made news by issuing guidelines mandating masks in indoor public spaces.
The order also applies outdoors when six-foot social distance is not doable, such as when lines form to get into a building.
However Los Angeles has been subject to a mask order since the middle of last month, announced by Mayor Eric Garcetti.
‘We’re requiring all Angelenos to wear face coverings when they leave the house,’ the Mayor wrote on Twitter on May 13.

‘There are exceptions in place for small children or those with disabilities.’
The Mayor has stated that ‘as long as you’re not doing a solitary activity, or with your own household, put that mask on, always now, and that is a requirement.’
Dennis made a splash last October when he revealed that he had proposed to Laura, with much attention on the age gap.
‘It happened on the very northernmost point of Oahu, at Turtle Bay. It was kind of spontaneous. It was very much a surprise,’ he told Extra.

The surprise was really for Laura, as Dennis ‘had the ring in my pocket’ beforehand and made ‘kind of a month-and-a-half plan’ before popping the question.
He was good-humored about the flak he received for the fact Laura is less than half his age, telling the Guardian: ‘That was really a laugh.’
Dennis insisted: ‘I didn’t go out looking for an age gap or someone really younger than me. I met her at a business event and then the relationship developed. You have no control over who you fall in love with.’
He said: ‘I don’t fall in love easy. But I can’t let what a few people think control all that. I’ve been married three times and this is the final one, I know it is. I feel like I have a real partner in life.’
